Purpose

This website is an online guide for brides, an offshoot of a clip-art site designed for wedding invitations. I am in charge of developing material for the North Carolina section of the site’s state-by-state guide. This page provides an overview of wedding ceremony sites across North Carolina.

Audience

Prospective brides and grooms and their families, particularly those based in North Carolina or considering a North Carolina wedding.

Process

In the process of writing this article, I

• Conducted online research on wedding sites in North Carolina.
• Interviewed married friends on their experiences.
• Determined what information was most salient for prospective brides and compiled that information into this page, matching the tone and style of the rest of the site.
